Cancellation / No-Show / Late Arrival Policy

  • CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING OF APPOINTMENTS MUST BE DONE PRIOR TO 24 HOURS OF THE ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT TIME. THE CLIENT IS LIABLE AND AGREES TO PAY A FEE EQUAL TO HALF OF THE SESSION COST FOR A CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING OCCURRING LESS THAN 24 HOURS OF THE ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT TIME.


  • IF THE CLIENT COMPLETELY FAILS TO ARRIVE FOR THE APPOINTMENT, THE CLIENT IS LIABLE AND AGREES TO PAY FOR THE ENTIRE COST OF THE SESSION.


  • LATE ARRIVALS WILL REQUIRE THE SESSION TO END AT THE SCHEDULED TIME, AND FULL PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED. THIS MEANS THE SESSION WILL BE SHORTER THAN ORIGINALLY INDICATED AND THE COST THEREOF WILL NOT BE DISCOUNTED OR REFUNDED. SESSION TIMES ARE SPECIFICALLY RESERVED FOR EACH CLIENT AND THERE MAY BE OTHER CLIENTS SCHEDULED AFTER THE CLIENT'S APPOINTED TIME.


BOOKING ANY SERVICE IN ANY MANNER (ONLINE, PHONE, EMAIL, ETC.) WITH ANY THERAPIST IS CONSIDERED ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF OUR CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY AS STATED ABOVE.
